keeping score: eleven points

Tapering down a point from the previous "keeping score" entry, here are five fairly healthy and filling lunches, all hovering around eleven points. It's going well over here. Having lunch is key for me.

2 whole wheat mini bagels
2 oz. smoked salmon
whipped cream cheese
capers and onions
Fage 2% Greek yogurt with honey
water
4 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 5 + 0 =
11 points

coctel de camarones
1 1/3 c. cooked 26/30 ct. shrimp
1/4 medium avocado
cocktail sauce
(ketchup, chili sauce, lime and tomato juice, clam juice)
pico de gallo and roasted Anaheim chiles
6 Premium soda crackers
water
4 + 2 + 3 + 0 + 2 + 0 =
11 points

albacore nigiri

3 oz. albacore sashimi
4 1/2 oz. cooked sushi rice
Scharffen Berger Extra Rich Milk chocolate bar
herbal tea
2 + 5 + 4 + 0 =
11 points

frozen indian food

1 box Ethnic Gourmet chicken tandoori with spinach
2 store-bought sugar cookies with icing
water
4 + 7 + 0 =
11 points

shrimp and veggie enchiladas
1 serving homemade shrimp and vegetable enchiladas
(2 corn tortillas, 2 oz. potatoes, carrots, broccoli, spinach,
salsa, enchilada sauce,
2 oz. cheese, 4 oz. shrimp)
ice cream bar
water
8 + 3 + 0 =
11 points

    1. Thanks, Ann! The photography is totally substandard. I am wondering if I'm going to want to reshoot this whole blog (ha!) when we finally get a real camera!

  2. What a great WW post...so many message board members complain and complain about their point friendly food and you've proven how yummy and interesting it can be. I'm going to share this post on my FB group (I made a weighty matters group which is pretty inactive actually so it'll be nice to put something up).

    1. Thank you for sharing it! I am on a facebook group as well....sometimes no action, sometimes a lot. It's been helpful, since I've never been to a meeting or anything. Did you see the twelve point lunches I did a few weeks ago? I'm tapering down a point for lunch every few weeks. :)

  3. Wow! These all look delicious and quick and easy! I don't "keep score," but all of these look exactly like something that I would eat for lunch. And who couldn't use new recipes? Thanks!
