what is this?




This is some unbelievable heart of palm ceviche. Substitute sliced heart of palm for fish or shrimp in any ceviche recipe, but reduce the amount of lime as you are not trying to cook the palm with the citrus. It's so good. David and I have eaten it for dinner two nights in a row, and I can't wait until lunch tomorrow.
